Sincuidados is a luxury guard-gated community in the high Sonoran Desert. The community is tucked between Whisper Rock (to the north), North Scottsdale Area 2 (to the west and south) and Pinnacle Peak Preserve (to the east). 70 percent of the Sincuidados area is dedicated to NAOS land, or “natural area open space.”, allowing unobstructed views of Pinnacle Peak, Lone Mountain and Troon Mountain.
Sincuidado real estate consists of three sections, with approximately 400 custom homes and homesites on nearly a square mile. Majority of the homes are single family homes, but apartments and condominiums are available as well. Home size ranges between 3,000-7,000 square feet and lot sizes range between just under an acre to approximately two acres. Homes were primarily built from 1996-1997 and both single-story and two-story homes are available.
Things To Do: Residents of Sincuidado can enjoy the walking/biking paths within the neighborhoods, the community clubhouse and lighted tennis courts. Easy access to mountain and desert trails at Pinnacle Peak offer additional options to hike and bike. There are many options to golf, with courses available at Troon Country Club, Pinnacle Peak Country Club and Whisper Rock Golf Club. Plenty of shopping and dining options are available as well at the nearby shopping centers at Desert Ridge Marketplace and CityNorth.
