Pinnacle Peak real estate is located in North Scottsdale, just north of E Deer Valley Rd, east of Scottsdale Rd, south of Happy Valley Rd, reaching west all toward N Alma School Rd. At the north end of the community, new homes and retail developments are continuing to be built, due to available land. Housing options include condominiums, townhouses, villas, patio homes, semi-custom single-family homes and custom estates. Both gated and non-gated communities are available.[/caption]
Pinnacle Peak is split down the middle by Pima Road. Homes on the west side of Pima generally tend to be in smaller communities with HOAs, with lot size typically ranging from 1/3 of an acre to over an acre. Some non-HOA horse properties can still be found and there is a wide range of housing prices.
Generally, homes on the east side of Pima are built into the mountains, offering beautiful views of the city lights and the Sonoran desert. Homes tend to generally have larger lots that range in size from 5 to 15 acres of land.
